Experience the real Valencian food

Learn to make the famous Valencian rice dish Paella! The real “paella valenciana” is made with chicken and rabbit, but nowadays there are many variation, with seafood, pork, or vegetarian. They’re all great!

Before the paella cooking starts, you go with the chef to do shopping in the local market. That’s a nice experience, and a good opportunity to learn about the different ingredients, and other Valencian products.

In the kitchen you can help cutting and preparing the ingredients, and help cooking the paella, or simply watch the others do all the work, meanwhile sipping some nice wine. Whatever you prefer!

You get your own paella for lunch (or dinner), with some traditional Valencian starters, and some good Valencian wine…

The cooking course is done in small groups, in English or Spanish, and a lot of fun; people always have a great time doing this course!

All in all a great experience!
