Timeless Sagunto
Sagunto is located close to the city of Valencia and is the place from which Hannibal set off with his elephants more than 2,000 years ago to conquer Rome. Today, it’s a small town with beautiful Roman history: the Via Augusta, a castle, and a theatre that’s still in use today.
We’ve put together a fun tour that gives you a bit of everything… we start at the Via Augusta and the Vía del Pòrtic archaeological museum, where you can see what the street looked like 2,000 years ago.
